"The Meier Building was built in 1921 as one of Woodland’s first automobile dealerships—which is made evident by the structure’s unusually spacious design—this approximately 22,000 SF building was purchased vacant in 2015. After careful consideration, it was determined that this building would be repurposed for a new life as an office building. The building is currently 85% leased with the largest tenant being Wraith, Scarlett & Randolph, a locally owned Woodland insurance agency in business since 1917. Other tenants in the building include Portalupi Orthodontics, Valley Vista Optometry, CJB Construction and Homestead360 Real Estate. 

The property is located at the northeast corner of College and Bush Streets in the downtown core of Woodland’s business district, and is surrounded by many historic buildings. It also backs up to “Dog Gone Alley” and is across the street from a large city owned public parking lot. The building encompasses the entire site."
